Bald mountain

I have been substitute teaching for the last week and a half. I went to a school that had a 2 out of 10 rating on mon. and a school that had a 9 out of ten rating on tue. I did not find the students less intellegent at the first school, just more distracted. The quality of school seem to have a lot to do with how orderly the teachers conducted their lessons. I would be interested in teaching an alternative system like montesorri or Waldorf. Some of the students I was working with did not quite fit the mold, if there is one. I think the ideal for teaching so many people at once would be to have enough teachers to address each students particular syle of learning. I would just start a school for daydreamers. We would all meet at whim...and make shapes out of clouds for a little walk through the school junk yard pick out some goodies and make weird contraptions for a day or two and then come up with some stories about our weirdness, maybe interprit some dreams maybe not ...whatever. Then secretly I would farm out the kids Ideas and make millions of dollars...to fund the school of course.
