Alpha

Alphabet City is an area on the lower east side of Manhattan island where the avenues are named for letters. A movie of that name was released in the mid eighties. I always thought the movie was named for the neighborhood, but I think it was the other way around, maybe not. Coincidentally, mayor Ed Koch was appealing to the feds to fight crime in the neighborhood. In the early 1800s this part of Manhattan was home to the worlds third largest German population outside of Berlin and Vienna.
Alphaville is a great name too.
