Dave Hickey called it supply side economics when he spoke to a group of Artist at the School for Visual Arts. He was referring to throwing so many people into the Arts programs across the nation that eventually one or two would be wildly successful. What if the same approach applies to people in solitary confinement and the ability to predict future events.
